Free four-day tour to visit the projects in North Cyprus
For the well-being of investors, Paisan Investment Company has planned a four-day stay with an airport transfer from Ercan or Larnaca airport to visit projects and see the beautiful island of Northern Cyprus. This trip provides the opportunity for buyers to visit, make the right choice, and familiarize themselves more with this beautiful island.
The free tour program is as follows
First day:
After breakfast, the buyers by Paisan’s experienced consultants will transfer from their accommodation to the central office to welcome them and familiarize them with the PAISAN company. The purpose of holding this meeting is to inform the investors about North Cyprus, the details of the properties, different investment areas, the weak and strong points of the projects and to check the purpose of investing in properties or land purchase. After evaluating and summarizing all the cases, our team provides the necessary measures to visit the projects. Therefore, on the first day after the briefing and filtering of the properties/land that the investor is considering, hours will be allocated for lunch and rest, and then the process of visiting the areas and some properties will begin. After the tour, buyers will be transferred to their accommodation.
Second day:
Buyers will be transferred at about 10:00 a.m. to visit the projects and have presentation meetings related to various projects at the designated locations along with PAISAN’S team. Then, for lunchtime, we will stop at a restaurant. Just keep in mind that whenever you find a suitable property, you can stop the visit process, and let our consultant know so that we have more time to review the chosen property.
Third day:
After visiting different projects and areas and reaching a preliminary result. If desired, a final visit will be made to the selected and liked properties for a more detailed review and consultation with the owners. Usually after the three-day inspection, clients have enough knowledge to decide whether North Cyprus is the right place for them or not.
In this regard, if the buyers have chosen their favorite property, they can reserve the desired property for one to two months depending on the type of project, by paying a deposit in cash or bank transfer.
On the fourth day,
the PAISAN company will make arrangements for the investors to transfer them to the airport.
